Quit Smoking with Zero Willpower: The BravoBee Story
Hi, I'm Daniel, and if you're trying to quit smoking or fight what feels like a mission-impossible addiction, I've been there. It may seem dark now, but there is a way out.

Years of Struggle: Battling Addiction
My story starts in August 2013, in a bustling city.
It's around 1:00 AM.
While most people are sleeping, I'm fighting the urge to smoke another cigarette, and my pack is empty.
The gas station is a half-mile walk away, so I just grab my keys and head out to buy a new pack.
I'm 28 years old in 2013, and during my walk to the station, I realize my addiction has spiraled out of control.
I picked up smoking in high school because it was cool and haven't been able to quit since.
I tried quitting cold turkey, read famous books, listened to audiobooks, even took prescription medicine.
It's always the same loop: the urge, "now it's the last one," relapse, remorse, and feeling helpless.
Breaking Free: My Turning Point
The next day, while working as a marketing professional for a client, an idea strikes.
What if all the marketing, sales, and advertising principles could be employed to help people win their battle over addiction?
I instantly called it a day at work and started drafting an easy-to-follow pen-and-paper program that, among other steps, included watching some clips and sending some messages to friends.
Truth be told, after following the program for a few days, nothing happened.
I continued doing the program, and after a few weeks, the number of cigarettes decreased steadily until dropping to zero in two months.
I had a breakthrough: applying efficient principles over time until momentum builds up is key.
For the next 11 years, I perfected the program in my free time, constantly transforming and adapting it to help me quit other addictions as well and even build new good habits.
Needless to say, the program totally changed my life. I managed to apply it successfully for other addictions as well and also became a software engineer in 2020 but continued to develop the program further in my free time.
